Pauline Brunner is Director Asia and Head of Steward Redqueen’s Singapore office. She advises organizations across the globe on their sustainability and impact strategies, particularly in Southeast Asia. She specializes in sustainable finance.
Pauline has supported numerous clients (from multi-national companies, through private equity firms, to development finance institutions) in quantifying and understanding their social-, environmental-, and economic impact. Moreover, she has a strong track record in developing ESG risk management systems. Clients appreciate Pauline’s holistic understanding of stakeholder characteristics and requirements, as this results in tailored and practical outcomes. Pauline is particularly experienced in building these systems for venture capital and private equity investors that manage both, risks and opportunities.
Pauline is a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (Certified by TUV SUD under Certificate Number SCMC-2407-P0488). The certification allows her to support our clients in Singapore under the Enterprise Development Grant, specifically under the Enterprise Sustainability Programme (covering up to 70% of eligible costs). Her certification covers the pillars of (1) Business Strategy Development, (2) Process Redesign, and (3) Standards Adoption.
Prior to joining Steward Redqueen, Pauline worked for a FMCG trading firm in Germany and a globally operating beverage company in Singapore. In these functions she was responsible for the preparation of sustainability certification processes, key account management, and distributor management. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Business and Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management and speaks German, English and French.
