Claire is an ESG (environmental, social and governance) and financial markets specialist
Passionate about quantifying and visualizing complex problems, at Steward Redqueen Claire focuses on exactly this: building scalable impact and ESG data solutions.
With her roots in the Netherlands, she has lived in both the United States and the United Kingdom and she brings a wealth of experience in fintech, ESG and capital markets. Prior to joining Steward Redqueen, she worked at a leading financial markets trading firm where she oversaw the strategy, market structure and development of financial markets in Europe and South America. Conscious of the future, she was the first in the industry to set up ESG. Providing thought leadership, pushing the industry forward by establishing industry principles are just a couple of the milestones reached under her leadership.
Claire has started her career in M&A and advisory in the payments sector, where she has spent time on advising on growth strategies: organically and via M&A.
She is a champion for equal opportunities and gender equality and sits on the board of United Nations Women Netherlands. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from VU University Amsterdam.
