Clive Tan

Clive is an Associate with a focus on ESG risk management and impact measurement and management

He has experience in ESG risk identification and management and is motivated to support businesses in their management of these issues and in quantifying their impact on society. His areas of interest include aligning investment strategies with sustainability goals, and impact measurement. He is based in Singapore.

Before joining Steward Redqueen, Clive was a Research Associate in the Active Ownership team at international asset manager Robeco, where he conducted research and engagements with investee companies on their sustainability performance. There, he built his expertise in defining engagement objectives for companies, especially on the topics of biodiversity and just transition. He also gained experience in ESG analysis through his work in the ESG Research team at a Singapore-based family office, and the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at the National University of Singapore.

Clive holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the National University of Singapore. He is fluent in English and has an operational command of Mandarin.
