Pauline Brunner achieves Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC) certification, enhancing sustainability support capacity for clients
Singapore, 3 September 2024 – Steward Redqueen is proud to announce that Pauline Brunner, Director Asia and Head of the Singapore office, has achieved the Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC) certification, issued by TUV SUD under Certificate Number SCMC-2407-P0488.
This certification is a significant milestone, enabling Pauline to provide consultancy services to eligible clients in Singapore under the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), specifically within the Enterprise Sustainability Programme. Clients can now benefit from up to 70% coverage of eligible consultancy costs through this grant.
Pauline’s certification encompasses the following three pillars:
- Business Strategy Development: Providing strategic guidance to help organizations align their business models with sustainability goals, ensuring long-term growth and competitive advantage. This pillar may focus on gap and materiality assessments, strategy development, including the drafting of an implementation roadmaps. Further, it includes the design of frameworks that operationalise the sustainability strategy, including measurement and reporting frameworks.
- Process Redesign: Streamlining and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. This may for example include guidance in assessing and reducing GHG emissions, energy consumption, or waste generation. The pillar would also cover assessing and upgrading existing sustainability strategies and frameworks to foster continuous improvement.
- Standards Adoption: Assisting organizations in adopting and integrating sustainability standards and best practices into their operations, enhancing compliance, and positioning them as leaders in their industries.
Pauline’s deep expertise in ESG and impact strategies, combined with this certification, positions her to offer tailored solutions that drive meaningful change. Her ability to leverage the EDG’s funding support further underscores her commitment to making sustainability accessible and impactful for our clients in Singapore.
