Roberta Lesma

Roberta is a Consultant with experience in economic and financial analysis
She has particular interest in socio-economic development and impact measurement, focusing on financial inclusion and inequality. She is based in the Netherlands.
Before joining Steward Redqueen, Roberta worked in the Economics department of the European Investment Bank, focusing her research on development finance and financial inclusion in Sub-Saharan Africa. She also co-authored a working paper focused on the drivers of private sector development in the Middle East and North Africa. She also has knowledge and experience of the financial sector by working in the Operations division of an Investment Bank and a Credit Fund.
Roberta holds a MSc in Politics and Policy Analysis degree and a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.
