Senior Consultant
Ebbie Tam is a Senior Consultant specialised in impact measurement and management (IMM) and ESG risk management.
At Steward Redqueen, Ebbie works closely with private equity and venture capital funds, as well as development finance institutions to help them integrate sustainability and impact into strategic and operational decision-making. Her work involves developing bespoke strategies, frameworks, and tools, as well as conducting workshops, evaluations and verifications. With experience across sectors such as technology, agriculture, and energy, and key topics including climate, nature-based solutions, and inclusive growth, Ebbie brings a broad and adaptable perspective. Her multicultural background and international experiences allow her to navigate the complexities of the global business environment and recognise the diverse challenges faced by businesses and individuals around the world.
Ebbie holds a certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute, a MSc Strategic Management degree from the Rotterdam School of Management with an Erasmus Honours Programme, and a BSc International Business Administration degree from the VU University with an extracurricular minor in Interdisciplinary Sustainability. She is fluent in Dutch, English, Cantonese, and has a basic knowledge of Mandarin.
