Ebbie is a Consultant with a broad interest in strategy development and impact measurement within the financial and agricultural sector
She is motivated to drive the transition towards a business world that works for people, planet and profit. Prior to joining Steward Redqueen, she worked at Solidaridad Network to engage corporates in multi-stakeholder and public-private partnerships across agricultural supply chains. Working with Theories of Change, she supports organisations with integrating social and environmental objectives in strategic decision-making. She has experience in emerging markets by working as a research consultant in Colombia, as well as through supporting Chinese FinTech entrepreneurs at a specialised consulting firm in Amsterdam.
Ebbie holds a MSc Strategic Management degree from the Rotterdam School of Management with an Erasmus Honours Programme and a BSc International Business Administration degree from the VU University with an extracurricular minor in Interdisciplinary Sustainability. She is fluent in English, Dutch, Cantonese and has a basic knowledge of Mandarin.
